Building Bridges Seminar

Fikret Karčić is a professor at the Faculty of Law and of Islamic studies at the University of Sarajevo. His main academic interests are history of Islamic law and institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the post-Ottoman period, reformist movements in Islam, Balkan Muslims, and comparative legal cultures. He has served as the president of the Constitutional Court of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
